Learn a 1-hour massage sequence to share with friends, relatives and acquaintances.
Get familiar with Thai Yoga Massage basics: body mechanics, rhythmic movement, the power of touch and effortless transitions between postures.

08.00 – 09.00: Meditation – yoga
09.30 – 12.30: practical session
